At Orchid, safety is a culture and has always been kept at the forefront. We treasure our employees and value our infrastructure thereby inculcating the highest levels of safety principles. Since our inception, numerous initiatives have been undertaken to ensure that all manufacturing processes and systems are executed in the safest manner.

Significant time, effort and resources have been invested in maintaining a safe work environment. Periodic training programs on various aspects of operational safety are also conducted. Infact, it is mandatory to undergo a safety induction-training program for all new employees joining Orchid. Today, due to many other such unrelenting efforts and initiatives, use of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) before proceeding with a chemical reaction and wearing of personal protective equipments has become a habit with every Orchidian.
